- 1 / 5By Anna PuetzI absolutely love Braum's but tonight was one of the worst times I've been. They were very busy inside and the drive threw didn't seem busy either but they were so slow. I ordered my food and had to sit for over 20 minutes to get it and when I finally did get it they forgot a shake that was with one of the meals and it took another 2 times of reminding them and 15 minutes to get a shake that took 2 minutes to make. And I overheard that a lady's burger wasn't cooked all the way through after she sat there for a long time. Just very slow, I wasn't happy.May 06, 2017
